1. Material Preparation
All incoming raw materials are meticulously inspected against established incoming quality control standards and validated reference samples. This process ensures compliance with specified technical requirements, covering critical parameters such as optical performance, structural integrity, and dimensional accuracy, to guarantee consistency and reliability in subsequent production stages.
2.Brief Overview of Automated LCD Display Production Process:
Fully automated equipment drives the core LCD production. After raw materials pass inspection, they enter the line. Automated machinery handles polarizer pasting, drive IC mounting, and FPC installation. The backlight unit is assembled, with some steps automated to integrate LEDs and diffusers. Once assembled, the backlight and panel are joined, followed by brightness and color temperature tests.
3. Touch Panel Lamination (Optional)
Bond touch sensors (resistive/capacitive) to the front of the display using optical glue.
Cure laminations to ensure adhesion and clarity.
4. Motherboard & System Integration
Connect the display to custom motherboards or control boards.
Integrate hardware-software solutions (e.g., embedded drivers, touch firmware).
5. Quality Inspection
In line with international standards and customer needs, we use a multi-tiered sampling inspection system:
Power-On & Function Tests: Randomly selected products undergo 72 hours of continuous power aging, checking brightness, contrast, color accuracy, and touch response (if applicable) to ensure stable display and sensitivity.
Environmental Tests: A set percentage of items face high/low temperature (per product manual) and humidity cycles to test durability under extreme conditions.
Final Checks: QC conducts initial inspections, followed by 100% QA review. Passed products get certified and traced; defective ones are reworked until approved.
6. Final Packaging
Products are triple-protected with anti-static bags, EPE cotton, and cartons.
